Guided tours begin at 10 am, 11 am, 12 noon, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm and 5  pm.
A maximum of 15 people are allowed in one tour group due to capacity  and safety reasons.

The last entrance tickets for the Villa can be purchased at the cash desk at 5.30 pm.

High heel shoes are not allowed in the Villa (in order to protect the natural linoleum floor).

 

TICKET RESERVATIONS

Tickets for the Villa Tugendhat tour can be booked and purchased ONLY AT THE TICKET OFFICE, by phone at +420 515 511 015 / 16 or email at info@tugendhat.eu
Online ticket purchasing for 2014 is also possible through the RESERVATION SYSTEM of the Brno City Museum which is located on their website.

On-line ticket sale for 2015 will be available from 15 November 2014.
On-line ticket sale for 2014 will be closed on 14 November 2014.

 

Because of huge interest in visiting the Villa Tugendhat we recommend to all visitors
to book the tickets at least 1 month in advance.

 

GUIDED TOURS AND PRICES 

Villa Tugendhat provides visitors with 2 types of tours of the interiors
along with a separate entrance to the garden.


I. BASIC tour
(the residential areas of the Villa, the garden) 

the 2nd floor – the so-called bedroom floor (the upper terrace, the entrance hall, the parent's section, the children's  section)
the 1st floor – the main living space, the preparation room, the kitchen
the garden

length: approximately 60 minutes

price: full entrance CZK 300
concessions (students, senior citizens, ZTP and ZTP/P cardholders) CZK 180
family ticket (2 adults and 1 – 2 children under 15) CZK 690. 


II. EXTENDED tour
(the residential areas of the Villa, the technical facilities, the garden)

the 2nd floor – the so-called bedroom floor (the upper terrace, the entrance hall, the parent's section, the children's  section)
the 1st floor – the main living space, the preparation room, the kitchen
the ground floor – the so-called technical floor (the engine room for air technology, the boiler room, the engine room for power retracting of the windows, the laundry room, the dark room, the storage place for fur coats)
the garden

length: approximately 90 minutes

price: full entrance CZK 350
concessions (students, senior citizens, ZTP and ZTP/P cardholders) CZK 210

III. GARDEN tour
(tours of the garden are part of I. and II. tours)

A time unlimited ticket for the garden can be purchased for CZK 50 on opening days, by daylight and with appropriate weather conditions.
The garden tour is without a guide.


Discounts:

concessions: students (valid student ID with photograph), senior citizens and ZTP and ZTP/P cardholders

family ticket: 2 adults and 1 – 2 children under 15

children from 2 to 6: fixed entrance fee CZK 20

free of charge: ICOM cardholders, Association of Museums and Galleries of the Czech Republic and Art History Associations, accompanying persons with a school group, accompanying persons with ZTP 

Only Czech currency can be used at the Villa Tugendhat cash desk or debit/credit cards (VISA, MASTERCard).

Photographs in the interiors of the Villa (without the use of a flash and a stand) are only allowed after purchase of “a photo-ticket” for CZK 300 directly at the cash desk.

HOW TO GET TO VILLA TUGENDHAT

ATTENTION! Between March 2014 and approximately end of June 2015, Milady Horakove street is closed for all traffic including
public transport, in the section between the Children's Hospital and Koliště street.
You can still take public transport to arrive to the Villa Tugendhat, using lines x3 (Children's Hospital stop), x9 and 11 (Tomanova stop)
and 67 (Schodová stop). Please allow extra 15 minutes for the transport time. More info on www.brno.cz/doprava

Regular public transport:
from the main railway station: tram no. 9 to Tomanova stop and from there along Tomanova street (approximately 20 min.)
from the bus station Zvonařka: bus no. 67 to Schodová stop and from there up Schodová street and along Černopolní
(approximately 20 min.)
from Česká street: tram no. 3, 5 to Dětská nemocnice stop and from there along Černopolní street (approximately 15 min.)

There is not a designated car park in close proximity to the Villa. The closest possible parking is in the parking garage on Moravské náměstí
(from there from Česká or Moravské náměstí stops by tram to Dětská nemocnice stop and approximately 10 minutes on foot to Villa Tugendhat).
