Detailed and quality surveying of the existing state of the building was carried out from February to April 1969, with this work currently ranking amongst the most valuable source materials on the construction development of the house. František Kalivoda negotiated regarding the renewal of the garden with Markéta Roderová-Müllerová, the co-author of the project who had designed the garden under Mies’ supervision, in April 1969.
