On 3 to 4 November 2014, the second meeting of the “Network of Cities with Exhibition Colonies in Europe in 1927–1932” took place in the Centre for Restoration of 20th Century Architecture in Brno. In addition to a brief presentation of individual colonies / settlements (Nový dům estate in Brno, Baba housing estate in Prague; Weissenhof housing estate in Stuttgart; Werkbund housing estate in Vienna; WuWa colony of Wroclaw and Neubühl colony in Zurich) participants were, among other things, acquainted with a currently prepared exhibition colonies network web portal and especially with the draft joint exhibition in Wroclaw, which should take place on the occasion of the European Capital of Culture 2016.

During the meeting, the participants also visited the Villa Tugendhat on Monday 3 November, where they had a tour of the villa and a lecture by the Weissenhof Museum director Anja Krämer on the Weissenhofsiedlung in Stuttgart. The lecture was linked with a festive opening of an exhibition on the Weissenhof housing estate in the Villa Tugendhat.
