The builder František Pawlů (1854-1922) constructed a tenement building according to his own design in 1903 on Veveří street. This structure with arguably the most radical Art Nouveau façade in Brno contains certain references to Wagner’s Linke Wienzeile houses in Vienna in terms of the artistic expression.
