Cecílie, the sister of Alfred Löw-Beer, married the Brno lawyer and co-owner of the Maloměřice cement works Kornelius Hože. She became the owner of the Arnold Villa on Drobného street 26 (earlier Sadová/Parkstrasse). The villa is situated in a deep plot of flat not far from the Fuhrman, later Löw-Beer Villa and can be seen from the terrace and living area of Villa Tutgendhat. Cecílie Hože apparently had the Arnold Villa expanded and adapted in the spirit of Art Déco (the author of the project is unknown) in 1909–15.
