Marek Nesázal, the current owner and operator of the boutique hotel Radun, will share his experience as an investor in the complete restoration and reconstruction and will present the specific features of the building. At the same time, through private photographs and documents, he will present the life in the Luhačovice family guesthouse during the First Republic and portray the human story of this exceptional building. From his own “user” experience, he will reflect on the influence of architecture on human life and touch upon the question of the timelessness of Bohuslav Fuchs’ work.
