The Bauhaus was the home of the avant-garde and the cradle of modern architecture, but it is mainly male figures who are associated with it, and women are often neglected, even though their influence is unquestionable. Director Susanne Radelhof tells the story of a famous art school with a turbulent fate from the perspective of figures for whom the situation was even more complicated. The documentary is a tribute to the forgotten women of the Bauhaus and shows their efforts to establish themselves in male-dominated fields.
