The City of Brno has started the reconstruction and restoration of the Villa Tugendhat. The agreement on this topic was signed on 25 January 2010 by the Mayor of the city of Brno Roman Onderka and the managing director of UNISTAV a.s. Miroslav Friš. The agreement was signed in a symbolic way directly in the Villa Tugendhat. An investment in the amount of 146 million CZK with a 24-month-implementation period was approved by the Members of the City Council on 5 January 2010.
